Exclusive: Early Gameplay of Hogwarts Legacy Leaked on Nintendo Switch
Despite not being officially available yet, the much-anticipated Hogwarts Legacy gameplay on Nintendo Switch has been leaked contact. Though access to the full game is limited, some elements have been unveiled ahead of its November 14 release.
Limited Access to the Game
Tal Helfgott, a gaming insider, managed to secure early access to the game but could only play certain parts due to some content requiring download.
“No day one patch for some reason,” he posted. “Inside the game, I get a ‘game content not fully installed’, when I try to progress further, I’m redirected to the ‘pre-order’ page, unable to download the required content,”

Despite being unable to capture the gameplay using Nintendo Switch’s built-in recording function, you can still watch the leaked footage below.
Initial Success and Delayed Release
Hogwarts Legacy, an RPG set in the Harry Potter universe, launched on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC back in February. It garnered significant success, selling over a million copies in its first two weeks.
However, the last-gen Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions faced a delay and were released in May. The Switch version, initially scheduled for the same time as its counterparts, was unexpectedly pushed back to November.
